The Juneau Empire (Alaska)_Estonian journalists visit Juneau (October 14)

Peter Metcalfe, center, leads a three-man television crew from Tallinn, Estonia, on a walking tour of downtown Juneau on Friday. Reporter Aleksandr Zukerman, left, videographer Riho Prees, background, and producer Mihhail Vladislavlev are spending two weeks traveling around Alaska to produce stories about Russian influences on Alaska and Alaska Natives. The programs will be shown in Estonia, other Baltic countries and Russia. Their visit is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, which invites foreign TV journalists to come to the United States to produce stories of interest to their viewers.
