Report predicts Estonia to lead the field
The Baltic countries will enjoy significant growth in development of IPTV over the next five years, says a report released by industry analysts Screen Digest.
According to the report, Estonia is set to lead the growth, as its Baltica DigiTV, which already occupies a significant proportion of the local pay TV market, is expected to reach 20% of Estonia's households by 2012.
Around that time, over 10% of households will be watching IPTV in Sweden, Norway and Iceland.
